Eagle Days

We saw many amazing experiences at Eagle Days this past week. We were able to view the live eagle show and enjoy a bus tour of Squaw Creek where we were able to see many eagles, snow geese, and other animals.

Lewis and Clark

Fourth Grade is wrapping up Lewis and Clark learning and are preparing for our play on Monday, December 12th at 6:00 pm in the gym. We look forward to seeing you there!

Content teachers have been working extremely hard to write the play, create backdrops, and practice lines, and produce a four act play for all of us to enjoy!

Missouri Department of Conservation

In our Fourth Grade class a little while ago we made bird feeders. There were two types of bird feeders, pine cone and gallon. Now I'll tell you how to make the pine cone bird feeders. First, get any pine cone. Second, get a jar of peanut butter and a spoon. Third, on the wrong side of the spoon spread the peanut butter on the pine cone. Fourth, roll the pine cone in teh birdseed. Last, hang it up with a string. ~Ethan P.

Jump Rope for Heart

It was really fun at Jump Rope for Heart because we got to play a lot of games like double dutch, hot peppers, and a lot of other fun games. I know everybody had so much fun because I had a lot of fun! ~ Justin

Missouri Day

Our class went to Missouri Day at Mary Linn. We visited a Native American station that I thought was awesome. We visited a Civil War station also. We got to see someone weaving. We got to do outside activities with war games for kids. We got to make Missouri cookies and got to taste soy donuts. It would blow your mind it was so awesome.
